Staying Connected Through Parenthood
An 8-session relationship course for parents
Available spots
Service Description
Because your relationship deserves as much care as your children do. We spend months preparing for pregnancy, birth and becoming parents, and most of us attend an antenatal course. Yet very few of us are prepared for what happens to our relationship afterwards. The sleepless nights. The endless mental load. The constant juggling of work, children and home. The feeling that you’ve become teammates—but have lost sight of each other as partners. If you’ve found yourselves communicating less, arguing more, feeling disconnected or simply wondering where “you” went as a couple, you’re not alone. The good news is that relationships don’t have to drift apart after children. With the right understanding, practical tools and small, consistent changes, couples can strengthen their relationship through every stage of parenthood. Join Clinical Psychologist & Couples Therapist Dr Katherine Mollart for this welcoming 9-session course designed to help couples build stronger, happier and more resilient relationships. Drawing on evidence-based approaches including: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples Schema Therapy for couples Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) Each workshop combines psychological insights with practical strategies that you can begin using straight away. This is not group therapy, and there’s no expectation to share personal experiences. Instead, you’ll learn alongside other parents in a relaxed and supportive environment, leaving each session with practical ideas and simple exercises to help you strengthen your relationship at home.
